I completed my B.A.L, LL.B(5yrs Hons) from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies (BILS), affiliated to Bengaluru University, Bengaluru and then received a Master’s Degree in Law(LL.M) from Kuvempu University (DDE), Shimoga, majoring in Business Laws like Legal Regulation of Economic Enterprises, Corporate Finance, Insurance Law, Banking Law and EXIM Law, Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Rights.

As a Counsel, I have an active presence in the High Court of Karnataka, Bengaluru, the Bangalore City Civil Courts and other special tribunals and forums such as the Consumer Forum, Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Family Court, Magistrate Court, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal etc. and worked with a leading litigation firm in Bengaluru with considerable exposure to Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Criminal and property litigation and litigation in all fields.

My interests includes Civil Litigation, contract law, criminal law, real estate and continues to have a flair for litigation practice. My work in the field of real estate law includes providing property title opinions and conducting property title searches, drafting and advising on property development agreements, construction contracts, residential, commercial and industrial licenses, leases, sales and all forms of property conveyance.

I provide complete legal services for property transactions including obtaining property documents, Due-diligence work, undertaking transactional work with the appropriate government bodies, undertaking registration and mutation, compulsory acquisition, property hypothecation and all transactional documentation.

I also provide legal advice on stamp duty, property tax and other statutory outgoings, tax structuring and handle litigation on property disputes.
